Here's a selection on the different kinds of image my line and colour wash technique can produce.
The placement of the image on the sheet, colour choice- harmony or dissonance- and dynamic cropping of foreground elements are vital to achieving the desired effect. Evocative simple outlines contrasy with areas of dense free hatching and backgrounds of open wash.
